I updated my computet to Windows 10, but I was not sure whether it had already had Windows 10 on it before. If it had not, I was just going to return to 8 until I could purchase Windows 10. It downloaded and went to the log in screen, but now when I put my password in it just goes straight to a blue screen, that isn’t full size with a few icons such as Cortana, a keyboard and sound at the bottom. It will say it is loading for a few seconds and then appear with small yellow text that says OOBESETTINGS at the top. There is also a button that says Try again. It will not move from this screen unless I restart. At this point I just need a functional computer back. Help?Continue reading...
