I just wanted to say, that I have the exact same problem.
I also tried all provided solutions here but nothing worked unfortunately.
Only if I stop the "Windows Default Lock Screen" Task in the Task Manager, the lockscreen shows the clock and the slide show if I hit Windows + L. But afterwards it is broken again.
This problem occured after I installed Windows 10 April 2018.
If you find a solution to this problem, please provide the solution here.
I will do the same if I manage to fix this.
