The Microsoft account login server has detected too many repeated authentication attempts?

After installing 1803 Win10 update, I can no longer get to my MSDN account/forums. If I enter the following URL:


Msdn forums


I get automatically redirected to some other URL "Sign in to your Microsoft account...." followed by the following error message:

I can't post this question on MSDN forums for obvious reasons, I can't get logged in. These are the only Microsoft forums I can log into.


Any suggestions?
