I have always been able to access google chrome on my laptop, which has windows 10, until I joined my friend xbox live family. When I tried to access chrome, a popup message came up saying I need to ask an adult. When this occurred I told my friend to remove me from his family, in which he did, and when I checked later to see if I could use chrome, the popup still occurred and when I tried to ask by email, it had a message reading, "We’re working on it – try again in a little bit" and it would give me a trace id. This has been occurring since late march. Thank you for time.
