Using an Internal CA in one forest to issue to another forest

Hi

I have two forests which have an two way External trust between them. I have an Internal domain CA located in Domain A and I want to issue device certificates to workstations in Domain B. Is this possible and if so can someone point me to a step by step guide which would allow me to issue the certificates to the workstations in Domain B.
