Update KB4103721 dosen't finish

I'm stuck in a loop, because the update says it can not install and roll back the installation, so far 3 times.


This was common in last months with other updates, and this is is a nightmare.


Do you have any ideas ( the previous solution SC config trustedinstaller start= auto, now doesn't work)
