No Audio after updating windows version 1803

Yesterday, Windows 10 version 1803 was installed on my PC. Since then there is no audio. I have tried all the solutions available on the internet. But problem persists.. I have checked all cable connections and they are perfectly in order. Realtek High Definition drivers are also update. (6.0.1.8228),




Please help.
