Master Burn
Dear reader,
As the title points out, my fairly new laptop won't upgrade to the latest windows version. Below further details with this issue. Besides, is it wise to install this upgrade anyhow, because I read a lot of misery after installing it...?
Lenovo ThinkPad E570 laptop (1/2 year old)
Windows 10 Pro version 1709 (build 16299.431)
Microsoft Office 2016 Pro (up to date)
All drivers are up to date including BIOS
No other hardware attached to the device
Hardly any 3rd. party software installed but Epson printer driver and winrar
G-Data Internetsecurity --> fully uninstalled + clean tool prior to Windows upgrade
Command prompt admin --> Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth prior to Win upgrade
Lenovo says the machine should be compatible: https://support.lenovo.com/nl/nl/solutions/ht506455
Check the images below for the Windows screens:
So what to do now....?
Greetz, Master
