hello hi there. before anyone asks, yes i have approached several forums and i cant find any help there
i have a mecer laptop with gtx 860 , i7 with 8gb ram. when i play some games the laptop just crashes. it just switches itself off. some games can play without a problem but some immediately switch off the laptop.
YES i have downloaded temperature monitoring software and it shows that the temperatures are moderate when the pc switches off.
Yes I have opened my Laptop and cleaned the fan and made sure theres no blockages anywhere
Yes i reinstalled Windows 10 but it still hasnt made a difference
Yes i have made sure all of my drivers are updated
please ive run all the diagnostic softwares i can but cant seem to find the root of the problem
