Hello, i can't install/buy anything from the microsoft store as soon as i click buy or install the website just refreshes here is a gif of that is happening

I already did this
"Click Start and type in Powershell, right-click on Windows Powershell and select Run as Administrator.
Copy and paste this Get-AppxPackage | % { Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppxManifest.xml" -verbose } on Powershell and press Enter.
Restart your device and launch Windows Store again."
I also ran the windows app troubleshooter.
I still have no success
