Microsoft account - Saying account is broken every day

Whenever I sign in to my account by entering my password in windows 10, a notification will pop up in the bottom right of the screen saying my Microsoft account is broken, My password has probably been changed or Your outlook settings are out of date. They all lead to the same part of settings and opens another window which loads. Then it says I need a parent to help me with this part, yet I don't have a parent account so I entered another E-mail and it looped. Around 10 minutes later, it appears again, and again. I did a full scan with Avast and there's no malware other than in the virus chest (FileRepMetagen - Adware, and Duplicates) Which means it shouldn't be doing anything. Furthermore, it's a Microsoft notification so there's no program doing it. It's lasted for around 2 weeks and is very annoying. How do I fix this?
