i recently tried to optmise my windows 10 protab tablet and in doing so i stuffed up some driver installs and now the tablet will not boot into windows at all not even get to the login screen its basically dead device now with only a black screen of death as its screen function.
the windows 10 os was preinstalled on the tablet and i believe i used my email address to active my windows 10 licence on the device but as i cant boot into windows in its current state i want to transfer the win 10 licen e to another computer.
according to my research i need to deactive the licence from inside windows which i cant do so how can i transfer the licence from a dead unbootable windows device?
i feel i have the consumer right to be able to transfer the licence to a new machine as i did pay for it as part of buying the tablet purchase.
