Windows store not installing new apps

After the recent upgrade to April 2018, my windows store is facing a strange problem.

Whenever I am downloading a new app from Windows store it just gets refreshed and doesn't even starts downloading. I mean that whenever I click "get" on any windows store app which I have not downloaded yet, it just get refreshed and again shows "get" option. It doesn't get downloaded.


But the strange thing is I can download an app which I have previously downloaded and later uninstalled. It means that whenever I open an app and try to install an app which I have previously installed and then uninstall, then the app is getting download.


Also old installed apps are getting updated via store.


I think the problem has started 3-4 days before, probably after a Microsoft store update because I think I was able to download new apps after upgrading to April 2018 update.


I have tried all option available on internet including

-Windows store reset

- Clear cache by WSreset

- Using PowerShell to reinstall app

-Using command prompt o register app
