How to remove an input language that no one add to the PC

I have Thai and US ENG on my PC but when i was changing my language (by pressing the grave accent) and i notice that i change to ENG twice then to Thai so i check the setting and it's turn out there's ENG US, ENG UK and Thai. BUT I never add ENG UK and i can't remove it so please can anyone help me remove it
