did the last cumulative Patches fix all previous vulnerabilities and replace the older patches ?

Hi everybody,


We have Windows Server 2016 STD, we just update ou system to the latest update, so we see that the OS is updated.


Now after we do a scan for vulnerabilities, we found that there still the same, as we do the first scan.


So I was wondering if there's a page where Microsoft wrote that the cumulative patches replace the suspeded one.
