Dolby Access Free Trial (Windows 10)

I want to make DOUBLE SURE I will not be charged after free trial. I cannot remember if I had to provide a cc number or not. As far as I can tell I don't think I did BUT where would I go to see if I need to cancel something? Its the Dolby Access Atoms trail. Please advise.
