App store not working when signed in with my @live.com account

Just installed the latest Spring 18 edition of Windows 10 as a fresh installation.


Unable to install apps from the Microsoft Store if I am logged in with my @live.com account. If I create a new local account, and log in with said account to install apps, the apps install fine.


When logged into the OS with the @live.com account, I click in "Get" in the store and the page "refreshes" and doesn't proceed with installing and the "Get" button returns.


All works great when logged into local account.


Uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Store with the commands listed in many other solutions.


Ran WSreset.exe enough times to pull my hair out.


No errors on screen on in the Log Viewer related to the store.


Automatic Updates is running and set to Automatic.


Anyone have any ideas? About to reinstall again just to be sure I didn't do something stupid.
