Windows 10 Microsoft Store: "Get" button just flashes and then reverts back to "Get" again.

Nothing will download. I have two computers with windows 10 and both of them do this. Press get button on an app page and it just fails to download. I saw threads with similar problems and tried multiple solutions suggested on those threads, nothing has worked.
