Visual Effects messed up my font!

Hello! I was trying to find videos on how to enhance windows performance and I cam across one instruction that said to go to Visual Effects and click in "Adjust for better performance." I did so, and got this weird font on almost every bit of text. I tried reverting this option but I couldn't figure it out.
