I am trying to get FSRM to send email to our administrator account. We subscribe to O365 Business Premium & E3 licensing and utilize Azure AAD. I have FSRM / IIS / SMTP setup on our server with the SMTP server settings configured to relay email via Exchange online and the SMTP functions properly - I can drop a text file with the from, to lines in the file into the pickup folder and it gets sent out within seconds.. FSRM fails each time with the error in the application log "unable to read data from the transport connection: net_io_connectionclosed. I have seen posts that state to give the computer send-as permissions with powershell in exchange online but i tried a few times with no success since exchange online cannot find the computer name which the posts said to suffix it with the $.
