Cannot delete new drive appearing after update

Following Windows 10 Update Version 1803, a new drive letter appeared on Windows Explorer marked "Local Disk J". Properties indicate it has 405MB used space of 449 MB though clicking on the drive indicates "Folder Empty". I get annoying daily notifications that this drive is almost full, inviting me to compress teh drive to save space. I have attempted to delete the drive using Disk Management, but right clicking on the new J drive under the 'Volume' column only returns one option, "Help" on the menu. The J drive appears in the row alongside Disc 1 further down the Disk Management screen and is marked as "(J:) 450MB NTFS Healthy (OEM Partition)". I am the sole user of the PC. How can I get rid of this thing?
