How to eliminate an email user from DNS blacklist

I would like to know how to eliminate an email user from DNS blacklist in Windows Server 2016.


When sending a mail to some users, I receive below error message.

As I read it, it seems that the user is listed in DNS blacklist.


So I want to know how to release the user from this filtering.
