Server 2016 RAID Write-Cache Policy Disabled After Reboot

Hello,

I'm trying to enable "Enable write caching on the device" under "Write-caching policy"

At every reboot, this gets turned off and performance drops.

I need this enabled so I get good performance. I do have ADUC, DHCP, DNS services on and working.
