Remote Access and routing service failed to start

[Remote Access and Routing Services failed to start]

HI Guys,

I have installed Remote Access on my windows server 2016 and tried to deploy VPN using a custom configuration. The server fails to start every time stating that it can not find the specified file.


I have read online that deleting the below registry should resolve the problem but when I tried to configure the RRAS afterward, I had the same problem.


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\currentcontrolset\services\remoteaccess\routermanagers\IPV6


Does anyone have any idea what the solution would be?
