HTTP header routing with MS network load Balancing?

It's possible to route clients to servers by header node?

The OS that installed: Windows server 2012.

I install also Network Load Balancing.

I have a NLB cluster with 2 servers, and i want to route clients by http header node.

With F5 it possible by script to route to the servers. so i looking a option to perform that on my NLB cluster..
