Adding new users not working

Hi Guys,

i created 2 users and set up password on it within windows server 2012:



and next step i went to computer --> advance system settings --> allow remote connection for specific users.

Problem is that when i am trying to log from remote desctop console in windows 10 i am getting error:
PAssword is expired or can not be empty.

Why this is not working? What else should i do?
