I have a setup with a Dell VRTX with 2 Blades (which I will use for 2 VM's) running Windows Server 2016.
I got a Raid 1 as a C: drive
I got 3 Virtual Disks: VM Disk, Quorum Disk and BackUp Disk.
They are all online when I start the validation in the Failover Cluster Manager, but Disk 1 - VM Disk goes off line immediately.
It got the status 'the disk is offline because of a policy set by an administrator'.
I have tried to fix it with:
The disk will go online but will go offline again when I try the validation.
The event viewer gives a event ID 137: The default transaction resource manager on volume \\?\Volume{d6b7f914-f3a7-4362-b7a0-e9a5d68da14c} encountered a non-retryable error and could not start. The data contains the error code.
I got 31 equal setups without this problem.
Please, what to do?
Peter

I have tried to fix it with:
- Diskpart
- San
- san policy=OnlineAll
- list disk
- select disk 1
- attributes disk clear readonly
- attributes disk
- online disk
