I have a machine running Server 2012 R2 that will not update. Windows update shows that KB4054519 (2012-12 Security Rollup) and KB4103725 (2018-05 Security Rollup) are needed. This machine has been regularly updated and successfully installed all updates through April of 2018.
When trying to install KB4103725 last week, the install failed and now it started showing that 2017-12 is needed.
I have already tried installing the updates one at time, and installing then using Sconfig at the command line. I have also tried clearing the update cache by deleting the folders in Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and the Windows Update Troubleshooter. Nothing has worked so far.
The latest error message that I am getting is Code 800F0831.
