IIS configuration and limit to dynamic port

Hi to all

I setup a FTP to IIS on windows 2016 server. It is with SSL and implicit FTP. Beside 21/22 port the server need to open some 16 thousand port like 50000 to 65000 to work properly. But i want to limit the dynamic port to maximum 200 if possible only 1.

Any suggestion how can i achieve that or it can't be done with IIS.
