Ok so it all started when u wanted to fix my background then i started to mess in the hp display settings and changed it from my usual settings 1600x900 to 800x600 thenvto make it worse my power went out so i began to search up how to fix it and the solutions were all leading to safe mode but one i cant sign in to see anything and shift restart.So it said to reapeatedly press f8 and i did MULTIPULE times. However it didn't work out for me it seemed like it was either vrolen or soesnt work other rhings work though likd f2 f9 f10 f11 ans f12. But for some reason my f8 key just wont let me enter safemode.
Also iy maywork but it just may npt fix my aettings enough to help me set them back to 1600x900
