After installing the Spring 2018 update, I am again getting spurious "There is no email program associated to perform the requested action" pop-ups, as I previously reported: Spurious "There is no email program associated to perform the requested action" pop-ups
I believe the problem is related to Indexing Options, which incorrectly shows Microsoft Office Outlook as an included location. Selecting "Modify" causes the "There is no email program associated to perform the requested action" pop-up to appear, and I am not able to remove Outlook, which is no longer installed. I did have Outlook 2003 installed, but removed it over two years ago. Apparently, removing it left behind some registry keys or something that causes Indexing Options to try to use it.
I would like Microsoft to provide instructions for removing Outlook as an indexed location.
