After the latest Windows 10 April 2018 update my computer will start up and go to a screen the asks to set up my keyboard. Asks for country. After entering US it goes to a screen that gives options to roll back updates, restart with usb and other operation system. When I try to roll back updates it freezes up. I have no icons on the bottom of the screen to access data. I have to do a hard shut down to turn off. I tried using the F11 function to roll back the updates but that wouldn't work either. I am unable to access anything at this point and don't have other operating system to use. Any ideas on how to fix?
