I changed my e-mail provider from GoDaddy to Earthlink I can not receive any email from the earthlink account. I log into earthlink to check out my mail nothing has ever been received, folder is empty. Earthlink still after 8mos cant get it to work. below is the error message from 1 account. I connect using Microsoft edge or chrome, windows 10. Earthlink techs also get an error message. Can anyone help this is a business account.
