Add the ability to change file sorting date format (D/MM/YYYY)

Currently windows explorer sorts date strictly by YYYY/MM/D format


A massive swath of people across the globe would like to use this format instead when sorting files D/MM/YYYY

The previous one could be still the default, but there should be an option in the date/time/format options to change that.
There should be other options, but I think other people could expand on that.
