Going from 32 bit to 64 bit

Hi, I want to change my system from 32 bit to 64 bit i have licensed windows 7 home premium cd with ONLY 32 bit architecture and i upgraded for free in windows 10 32 bit (the cd of windows 7 is still the same 32bit architecture nothing is changed). Is it posible to advance on 64 bit without purchasing new windows??
