Windows 10 April 2018 Update - Laptop Screen Display Problems

HP Laptop - 64-bit. Windows 10 April 2018 updated downloaded on May 23. During update process, screen duplicated on lower 3/5 of the screen in pinkish color and jumping erratically. Screen display on full background OK. Full functionality if you can manage using mouse behind jumping screen. Double checked to ensure all HP and Microsoft updates loaded. Ran hardware diagnostics with no problems detected. Updated with May 25 patch - no change in screen status. Any thoughts on how to resolve?
