Windows 10 Home, 32 bit, Wireless connectivity issues with one wireless network

Good Morning,

I have a new Insignia Flex 10" tablet running Windows 10 Home, 32 bi with an Intel Atom quad core processor and 32 GB of RAM. I'm having trouble getting Internet access on one particular public wireless network. I've been able to connect to other wireless networks, those requiring accepting terms of use, and others connecting directly. This one particular wireless network has numerous routers with different SSID's. I can see the wifi networks and actually connect to them, but, I don't get an IP address, as per the Command Prompt using Ipconfig /all and GUI options in Windows.

I don't have access to the Sys Admins of these networks of this one organization, but I think the routers may be Cisco types because I sometimes receive WatchGuard HTML pages in MS Edge for Android when connecting with my smart phone. I feel the wireless card works fine but it may be a configuration setting in the routers or an unknown Windows 10 and Intel Atom setting (Intel Dual Band Wireless AC-3165). Interestingly, I'm able to connect through a PAN and Bluetooth to my phone an I receive an IP address.

I'm confounded and your help will be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

JP
