After April Win 10 Upgrade it Created Local Disk (H) and now keeps reporting error

So it created a Local Disk called H that appears to be empty but shows 44.8 MB free of 449 MB total. I then keep getting a warning that it is nearly full and inviting me to clean it up to get space. If I do this it seems to to contain the recycle bin and gives me nothing to clean up as such as it shows 0 bytes on it. Any idea what is going on and what I should do to stop this?
