cannot login to windows under old supervisor account (called superv) and thus cannot access files.

i cannot login to my admin user Superv. Have created a new admin user and revealed system files via explorer in hope i could copy the old Superv profiles into the new user, i find there is no folder in 'USERS' for Superv so cannot transfer the rights to access all the old files, help i m stuck. this has happened since an auto update of win10 applied.
