Can not adjust brightness after windows update

My computer recently installed a major Windows 10 update, after the restart I could not adjust the brightness on my laptop im using a Toshiba L650 and I have tried updating the drivers to latest intel HD graphics drivers, have disabled adaptive brightness in the control panel none of it worked need help on how can I fix the problem
