after the newest windows 10 updates my realtek PCIE card reader stopped working

after recent updates on windows 10 my Realtek PCIE card reader stopped reading my card and updates keep saying it has the newest drivers and all automatic repairs leave it in same condition and I have to pay for like services like pc cleaner the free version wont do it. Is there or how do you replace the correct driver version for it to work with windows 10's newest updates. Do I have to remove old software and reload new drivers for it to work.
