I was hoping to watch a movie, but my laptop (Asus Zenbook) doesn't have a disk drive. I borrowed a friend's external disk drive which attaches to my computer via one of the USB ports. However, the movie won't play, and even when I check windows media player, it claims that no devices are connected. I know that the disk drive is functional, as I have used it before to download music to my computer from their original CDs. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be and how I could resolve it?
Thanks!
