I have been going through the steps to set up my new laptop and Microsoft. At the stage where it asks for my cell # to send me a code to verify my identity, I received a code. When I entered it and hit next, It said, "invalid code" So, I selected the option that I did not receive the code, and it said it was sending me a new one - but it is stuck spinning and spinning with no code being sent to my phone and I can't proceed with the set up.
What can I do to stop this spinning and to move on with my set-up?
