Windows won't detect my second screen and seperate them same tabs open on screen and laptop/

Hi I have a laptop and a separate screen. Before I moved a couple of weeks ago I could have two separate information on both screens.


Now when I got to separate the screens under settings it is not detecting another screen. I have unplugged, moved, cleaned etc and still won't work.


Can you please advise
