Transfering windows 10 activation code

Hi, I have a original activation key on my asus vivobook which already exist like 4 or 5 years and I think there is a problem with the hdd. So i want to change my hdd which the windows 10 activation key exist to new ssd that I want to do fresh install of windows 10. Is there a way to transfer windows activation key from my hdd to my ssd?
