How to program Windows 10 to shut down at a specific time and also turn on at another specific time?

Hello, I am limiting my use of my computer as my job (self-employed) requires me to be away from it for a very long time during the day. I'm one of those people who do not really have the willpower to do it manually on their own so how can I program my Windows 10 computer to shut down at a specific time at night, say 8:00 PM, and also turn on at another specific time during the late daytime, say 6:00 PM? And thank you for answering and helping me if there is a method to do it!
