My laptop has been stuck in what i am calling an "update loop" for a number of weeks now. Every day windows will automatically restart my device in order to install updates. The updates will get to 100% but then it says unable to install updates undoing changes. Then windows loads back up again and I am informed that windows will restart the system again later in the day for updates.
The update in question is:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64 (KB4033393)
I have tried downloading the install pack for the above update and the install fails because "HRESULT 0x800f0922". This is becoming very annoying and has started to affect my work due to the constant restarting so any help you can give me would be much appreciated
Specs
Intel Core i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz
16.0GB RAM (15.9 usable)
64bit operating system x64 based processor
Windows 10 Home
