System down after windows 10 update

I suffer from black screen and my laptop couldnt react to any actions when it is on safe mode. It shows that explorer.exe hard error & sihost.exe error. It all happened after the windows 10 update recently, What can i do? If its possible, i wouldnt want to reset the pc as many important files are inside. It could not allow backup and system recovery now, i even try the command prompt, i wouldnt work at all. Please help .
