I'm using hp pavillion with pre-installed windows 10 home. I blocked windows update for a while and recently upgraded it to windows 10 pro and reinstall windows using media recovery tool. Not clean install but only reinstall windows and keep personal file. After that there are a few updates which all could be installed but 1. It is :
2018-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based System (KB4103721)
I also get error message about "Some settings are managed by your organisation" but this is my personal computer, the only one using it is me. I tried to fix it using windows update troubleshooter but still failed. I tried allow telemetry in group policy editor but failed too. The update failed when the computer is restarting. A message pops up saying windows update failed, reverting back changes (something like that).
I want to fix this problem but I don't want to do clean install. Also my boot time is longer after I update Windows.
