Windows 10 April 2018 Update - Keyboard language screen

My Windows 10 PC was performing the April 2018 updated earlier this week when it stopped at a screen asking for my keyboard language. When this is selected it just goes to another screen with five, sometimes six, options, none of which are successful in progressing the Update. I am aware that Microsoft has been working on a fix but I need to know if this has been released, and is so, how I can access it. Thank you.
